Tray denesting is the automated process of separating and dispensing trays onto a production line for efficient packaging. QUPAQ's tray denesting solutions consist of two main parts: a rack or buffer and a denesting tool. 

Flexibility at Its Best

Our modular design means that when switching to a new tray type, there is no need to invest in a completely new denester – you simply change the tool. You can also choose between air-driven or electrically driven denesters, depending on your production setup.
